The Lions golf teams competed at the Gettysburg Meet with strong performances on both sides.

On the girls side, Taryn Hettick led the way, shooting a 93 to win the individual title and help secure a team victory for the Lady Lions. Braylon Bauman placed 3rd with a 103, while Taelyn Hettick finished tied for 18th with a 126. Teagan Gosch rounded out the team, placing 23rd with a 141.

For the boys, Brady Baumann led the team with a 19th-place finish, shooting a 95. Braxton Yackley followed closely with a 96 to place 20th. Luke Fiedler shot a 102 to finish 24th, and Anders Mortenson placed 39th with a 128.

From the Photography Class

A Huge thank you to Corrina Beck Photography for hosting our students and supporting them with their final photography project!

Throughout the year, students have been learning how to use their cameras, understand settings like exposure, and apply techniques to create professional-quality photos. All of that hard work comes together in their final portfolio—a senior-style photoshoot.

For this project, students had to truly get to know their subjects by asking thoughtful questions, then carefully plan each shoot, from locations to outfits. This experience gave them a real-world look at what it takes to create meaningful, professional photography.

We are so grateful for the time, guidance, and expertise shared—this opportunity made a lasting impact on our students!
